How long do I have access to my files?
Standard plans include 30-day re-download access. Professional plans include 90-day access. After that, files are permanently deleted.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. An Explorer purchase applies as full credit toward any higher tier: you only pay the difference.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest, and we delete your files automatically after the access period ends. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for anything else.
