Open your database in FileMaker Pro and show the records to export

Choose File > Export Records and select XML (FMPXMLRESULT grammar), or export as CSV

Do NOT upload the binary .fp5 / .fp7 / .fmp12 file — it cannot be read

Create a ZIP archive containing the .xml / .csv exports (or upload a single file directly)
