How to prepare your file

Upload your .fmp12, .fp7 or .fp5 database directly. No export needed, and you do not need FileMaker installed

For a very old .fp3 database, open it in FileMaker Pro and choose File > Export Records, selecting XML (FMPXMLRESULT grammar) or CSV

A database protected with FileMaker encryption-at-rest cannot be read. Remove the encryption or export the records instead
