In Notes / Domino Designer, open the database and choose File > Export

Export as Domino XML (DXL) — this produces .dxl or .xml files

Do NOT upload the binary .nsf / .ntf file — it cannot be read

Create a ZIP archive containing the DXL files (or upload a single .dxl/.xml directly)
