Export each file to delimited text: LIST filename TO file.txt (tab, pipe, or comma-delimited)

Include a header row of field names so columns come through

Do NOT upload an ACCOUNT-SAVE / account backup — that binary format cannot be read

Transfer the exported .txt files to your computer via FTP

Create a ZIP archive containing the .txt files (or upload a single file directly)
