How to prepare your file

In the Data Administration tool, dump your schema: Admin > Dump Data and Definitions > Data Definitions (.df file)

Dump your table data: Admin > Dump Data and Definitions > Table Contents (.d file), or in ABL: OUTPUT TO 'table.d'. FOR EACH table-name NO-LOCK: EXPORT table-name. END. OUTPUT CLOSE.

Do NOT upload the binary .db, .b1/.d1 extents, or .st files: they cannot be read

Create a ZIP archive containing the .df and .d text files
