In the Data Dictionary, dump your schema: Admin > Dump Data Definitions (.df file)

Dump your table data: Admin > Dump Data Contents, or in 4GL: EXPORT table-name TO table.d

Do NOT upload the binary .db, .b1/.d1 extents, or .st files — they cannot be read
